Most of the people in our files are minors, so this is written to be read rather than to cover us. If anything here is unclear, email and ask.
Outreach Recruiting is a done-for-you coach outreach service for high school baseball players, run by Carter Seely. Contact: carter@outreachrecruiting.com.
| From the form on this site | Parent name, player name, parent email, parent phone, graduation year, position, and whether he has film. We use it to call you back and work out which service fits. |
| If you become a customer | His stats, height and weight, GPA, high school, club team, hometown, video link, and his own written answers from the questionnaire. This is what the emails are built from. |
| For the underclassman service | Date of birth, home address, NCAA Eligibility Center ID and intended major, because college recruiting questionnaires ask for them. |
| Coach references | His high school or club coach’s name, phone and email — and only with that coach’s permission, recorded with a date. No permission, nothing printed. |
| Payment | Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. |
| Netlify | Hosts this website and receives the form above. |
| Stripe | Takes payment. They hold the card details; we do not. |
| Your son’s recruiting email address is a Gmail account he creates and he owns. He keeps the password. We use an app password to send on his behalf, and he can revoke it at any time from his own account. | |
| Anthropic | The email drafting runs on their AI service. His profile information is sent there to write the drafts. |
Every family gets a private web page with his emails on it. That page sits at an address made of 32 random characters, carries a tag telling search engines not to index it, and is blocked in our site’s robots file. It is never linked from anywhere. Treat the link like a password — anyone who has it can open the page.
Our players are usually 14 to 18. A parent or guardian signs up and approves everything. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we have no service for that age.
A parent can ask to see everything we hold on their son, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time, by emailing us.
While a campaign is running and afterwards, so we can show you what happened and pick the campaign back up when his window opens. Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.
Two things we cannot pull back: emails already sent to a coach are in that coach’s inbox, and questionnaires already submitted are in that program’s system. You would need to contact them directly.
We may describe results in general terms, for example that a player heard back from a program. We will never use his name, his photo, his school or a quote from you without asking you first, and asking means a separate yes, not something buried in a signature.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. His review page stores which boxes he has ticked in his own browser so he does not lose his place. That never leaves his device.
If this changes in a way that matters, current customers get an email about it rather than a quietly updated date at the bottom of a page.
